Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role is responsible for selling our diverse range of packages and training aimed at helping insurance agents empower their teams, educate their customers and improve their sales. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven sales experience, particularly in a commission-based structure, who is eager to contribute to our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage with new business opportunities across the U.S. and in preparation for international markets.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, offering tailored solutions from our product packages.
- Presentations & Proposals: Present our service offerings in a compelling manner through virtual meetings, demos, and proposals.
- Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Experience selling products or services across various industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and remote sales tools.
